Our very own Robbie MacIsaac closed the main stage at T in the Park this year and stole the show!
Robbie, who has been with the band for 5 years, was chosen to perform a solo after the headline act, The Red Hot Chilli Peppers. He played Flower of Scotland and raised the roof, bringing the festival to an emotional conclusion. The atmosphere was electric!
Last year talented Robbie started at Strathallan, one of Scotland’s top independent schools, having won a music scholarship for his piping. Playing to a consistently high level he has recently come second at the Senior Scottish Schools Championships and won the National Piping Centre Championships.
When asked how he felt playing in front of such a crowd and on such a famous stage he said, “It was the best experience of my life!”
Well done Robbie – we are all super proud!
